    Swish The Neo-Powder Brush through the semi-matte part of The Neo-Setting Powder and apply to glow-set your makeup.

    Slide The Base/Shadow Brush through the middle to shiny side of The Neo-Setting Powder and apply to high points of the cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of nose and cupid's bow for naturally highlighted skin.

    *Use product in sheer layers for the best result. There is a gold overspray over the area of more intense shine that will disappear after the first use. This is solely to show the side of the Neo-Setting Powder that will create more of a shiny highlighting effect.
