Meh, go to the oils directly
I had such high hopes for this as my mother raved about it. The thing is that I regularly use essential oils (sometimes for sleep) but this was far from them (and smelt a bit strange). It would be easier to just buy your own oils and put them with water in a little spray bottle!!
Calming Pillow Spray
This pillow spray is the best way to relax if you struggle to sleep. The scent is calming and great to destress, the bottle also lasts a long time!
