Use AM & PM daily. Apply a small amount to damp skin, massage gently for 30 seconds, avoiding eye area. Rinse clean and pat dry.

Better than Glow Tonic
I actually prefer the Glow Tonic cleanser to the toner, it's easy to use and my skin is definitely starting to clear up from minor blemishes. I like to use this in the evenings.
