I got this for a birthday present, and once you've got used to the smell (it's potent) it does leave your skin very soft and makes it feel pampered. The scent lingers in the bathroom a long time and does help you sleep, if you're not too stressed. Also, the oil takes a while to disperse in the water. For my next bath product I think I'll try "This Works."
