Cheekbones: Apply firm pressure on three different face cavities, for at least 5 seconds on each; the side of the nose, the middle of the cheekbones and the middle of the ear.
Mouth: Apply pressure on three different points; the middle of the upper lip, the centre of the chin and the cavity under the chin.
