As a bath oil oil: Add 1-2 pumps to a full bath.

Bath Time Heaven
I've been using this in my bath every evening and now look forward to it so much i think i'm a bit addicted! the scent is gorgeous and my skin feels silky smooth after use. i have also followed the advice of Using it in my hair. i brushed it through and then shampooed out and my hair is beautifully shiny. big hit with me!
