Spring has well and truly arrived bringing with it warmer weather, beautiful scenery (Yes daffodils, I do mean you!) and all the fabulous green stuff that you can eat.

For your skin though, Spring means a change in your skincare routine. Less is more for your skin in  the spring, there’s no need for your winter arsenal of cream, moisturising serum and toner. Swap out your rich moisturisers for lotions or gels such as; Peter Thomas Roth Max Sheer Moisture Defence Lotion SPF30  & Nude Hydrating Water .

Cream cleansers can also be shelved for a lighter, foamier version such as;  Darphin Purifying Foam Gel.

But the most important thing you need to do is – give your toiletries a bit of a spring clean, anything that hasn’t been replaced since before winter can be changed for fresher products. As with all skincare everything has a shelf life and the fresher products will give you better results.
