my beauty recipe
I have been using this for a couple of years and it helps a lot with managing my eczema. Mostly I make my own 'mud mix', which I apply on my face and any problem areas at night and all over before getting in the bath. I use mud from Rotorua, New Zealand, because I live in New Zealand, but other therapeutic mud would do. I soak ground oats in hot water, strain off the liquid, dissolve dead sea salt in the liquid then add mud and stir until it forms a paste that is easy to apply.
Great for preventing loss moisture
When it comes to bathing product, I am less fussy whether it’s fragranced or not. To prevent drying out of skin, you often hear recommendations, no hot or long soak in water? But a bath for me is to me time to relax, so the thought of reducing the time, I might as well have a shower? But for me who suffer with occasional eczema flare ups , needed something that I can use for bathing that is non-drying and prevent moisture loss after a nice soak, without feeling greasy. This Bath salt is great for treatment and healing. Water feels less harsh and drying, after bathing. I would use my normal moisturizer afterwards. My skin is left soft and smooth, have not experienced any eczema or dry patches, or tight feeling after bathing. Definitely worth a try at this price!

I love these bath salts affordable and I like that there is no scent I have psoriasis and any strong fragrance just makes it worse. It softens my skin after each use I will continue to use it to see if it makes an overall difference in my psoriasis.
