I ordered this product last month, I received it broken, therefore I contacted the customer service who was awesome!! simply awesome !! I received a new one in replacement of the broken one and it was in a great condition, arrived very fast and I was very happy for the way they handled it; they were in constant communication with me step by step, Thank you Beauty Expert!! Regarding the product; It smells very nice, it cleans thoroughly, I have 3A type of curls or waves, however, after the first wash I noticed how my hair looked shinier, had more volume and less frizz and the curls were more defined, it looks more healthy and I didn't have the same problem when using the normal shampoo that contains chemicals which is a flat, dry looking hair with an oily scalp, when you put it in your hand you will notice that it doesn't have a foam-like normal shampoo does which I guess because this Shea Moisture doesn't contain sulfate exactly as it says in the description of it. Today was my first wash but looking at my hair just after one wash I think I will purchase the conditioner of it too, I personally think it's a great investment since its a good quality, cheap price even with the delivery expenses compared to other brands and works well, the size of the bottle is good too. I am very happy with my purchase !!
Excellent Product
I have used many shampoos before and always ended up with dry, frizzy hair. But this Shea Moisture's shampoo (and its conditioner) is amazing. It left my hair very soft, moisturized and curly. The smell-- gorgeous! I absolutely love it!
