Apply a few drops at bedtime to the face avoiding the immediate eye areas. If used as part of a NIOD regimen, apply after CAIS and MMHC but before HV. If used along with ELAN, apply after ELAN. If sensitivity occurs, reduce application initially to every other night until skin builds tolerance.

I loike
Kinda like the yeast smell. Really like the consistency. Not greasy. No negative reactions. I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin. So far, didn't cause breakouts. But I need to keep using it longer to see if it really works. Also makes my skin feels nice the morning after. A bit pricey but i guess it's normal for this type of serum/essence?
