Air-Lite: Apply once or twice a day in upward strokes from ankles to knees, and thighs to buttocks.  Repeat several times over the same areas, then use thumbs and to push up in lines from knees to thighs.
• Circle ankle bones with thumbs, then push up between ankle bone and heel.
• Using thumbs and medium pressure, push up sides of calves in lines from heels to knees. 
• Using thumbs massage inner and outer sides of knees.  Massage behind knees.
• Push thumbs up over thighs; pinch skin (inner and outer thighs) with thumb and index finger and roll several times.

Sun-Lite: Use the same care as when you apply face foundation, stroking the product over legs, upwards from feet to knees and beyond if required: Apply in long upward strokes from ankles to knees. Work up each leg, stroking (not massaging) the cream into skin. Smooth well over and around knees, then apply further up the thigh if required, remembering to blend well around the backs of legs.

Exfo-Lite: Apply to dry skin:
1. Work salts up from ankles to knees, massaging in circular movements.
2. Massage salts around knees, using thumbs to rub into calves and backs of knees.
3. Extend application to thighs, applying more pressure and using circular massage movements.
4. Switch the shower on and continue to massage salts into skin until rinsed off.  In the bath, apply before you sit down and continue to massage while you soak.  
5. Finish by spritzing legs with warm and cold water using the shower attachment, ending with a warm spritz to enhance stimulating and decongesting powers. 
Softens and smooths skin to prime it for application of product; stimulates the circulation and lymph; invigorates legs and delivers a 'two salt glow'.

Cellu-Lite: Apply once or twice a day to thighs, knees, hips, ankles and feet, massaging in small circles with your thumb. Or drop the oil onto the bristles of your body brush and sweep it from feet to hips in swift strokes after a morning bath/shower.
