- Apply the creme shadow with the fingertips or a brush
- Start a little product at the base of the lash line
- Blend up to and just beyond the socket line. Intensify as desired by layering
- Layer the crushed jewel dust over the applied creme allowing the dust to blend out a little way beyond the creme at the outer corner
- For high drama, line the eyes in a complementing shade at the root of the lash; applied with a line brush the creme works well
