Elemis refreshing gel
This Elemis. Refreshing gel gives instant relief when used on many different types of pain. Can highly recommend the product and the seller. Rhonda Walsh
wonderful stuff
I have been using elemis instant refreshing gel for around 6 months now, since I bought some from the spa on our last cruise. It is simply wonderful. I suffer from Polymyalgia Rheumatica, had a hip replacement nearly a year ago and have a small scoliosis in my back, so some days are quite painful especiall in certain areas. The gel is just as effective, if not more, than a voltarol gel which you can only apply so many times as it contains drugs. I'm not sure whether it is all down to the gel or a little bit to do with the massaging in. However, it works for me and I love it and would reccommend it to anyone. I also find it helps with the swelling in my legs - it cools them down considerably when that gets troublesome. In conclusion I would recommend anyone to give it a go as it can be used a much as needed without any side effects.
Lifesaver
This Elemis gel is amazing for aches, sprains and bruises; but in particular it has been a pregnancy lifesaver. It's fantastic for aches, headaches and even swollen ankles. Been using nightly to relieve lower back pain and it's a great sleep aid. Highly recommended.
