Directions for use:
- At night: use on their own. Blend in palm of hand prior to application:
- In the morning: to intensify and customize the action of your masks, shampoos and body milks, blend in palm of hand immediately prior to application: add 5 drops Essential Oils + 5 drops Trace Elements + a small amount of Mask to a small amount of your product.
Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, flush out thoroughly.

My must-have staple
I've been using the Balancing Intensive Complex duo for 7 years, and have dabbled with other face oils in between from other international brands to natural marula and baobab oils, but I always feel like I'm back in safe hands whenever I return to this Anne Semonin product. I have combination skin and mostly live in a hot and humid climate, so t-zone shine won't go away on the basis of a face oil alone. I can tell this product really performs is when I'm in colder countries where my cheeks have a tendency to become very dry and the Balancing Intensive Complex keeps them hydrated whilst giving my whole face a radiant complexion. For some reason, the essential oils always seems to run out sooner than the trace elements even though I try to use the same quantities of both every day, but that's just a minor quandary as I really enjoy using this product. The texture is quite viscous, but is easier to apply once warmed between my palms. It's also fast absorbing once on my face. Over the years, the Anne Semonin Intensive Complex duos seem to be harder to find, but Beauty Expert remains a reliable source along with a comprehensive range of other Anne Semonin products. Highly recommended.
