*Each program has differently phased muscle contractions and timings. The Deep Skin Toning Program is designed for use on underlying facial muscles over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. The Surface Skin Toning Program provides mild impulses for use on delicate surface muscles and can be used once a week or when skin looks tired. The Enhancing Routine Program is then designed for general maintenance of the appearance of toned facial muscles and is for use 2 to 3 times a week.
