- Ideally use at night.
- Use small amounts and apply to clean skin.
- Lightly glaze over hands and feet. Bend elbows and knees when applying.
- Self Tanning lotion can be used on your face.
- Allow to dry before going to bed.
- After showering the following morning, a small amount of the colour will wash away but your tan will remain.
- Apply several nights in a row to achieve your desired tan.
