She said: “Our client likes to entertain so the brief for the living room was to maximise seating  and as the entrance hall is very narrow with no room for storage we designed a bespoke TV cabinet with shoe storage underneath for her guests shoes.

“We installed a textured wallpaper that reflects the light, kept to a light and neutral colour palette with touches of celadon in the rug and accessories and used lots of high gloss furniture and an églomisé mirror which helps enhance a feeling of space.”

The ultimate pad for the fashion loving women, Sophie explains how she purposely designed her client’s master bedroom to facilitate her out of season wardrobe.

“In the master bedroom we maximised storage for her gorgeous wardrobe and shoe and bag collection by designing and installing extensive fitted wardrobes with pull out storage in the eaves and lift up storage for out of season clothes under the bed, as well as an integrated dressing table in the wardrobe wall.”

In the living room, Sophie’s favourite room, every single item has been made bespoke for the space – from the sofas and cushions, right down to the rugs and the mirrors. The designer describes the celadon green rugs as “the star” pieces of the room, describing it as an unusual accent colour for a living room.
