Clear Skin
To be honest this may not be the most effective anti-acne product. However, I still use these supplements for my skin for two reasons. 1. It's expensive but becomes reasonable if you purchase through Beauty Expert which offers a very competitive price. Also, I don't take the full dosage - I use 1-2 tablets a day compared to the full 4. I find this works well for me and the costs become equivalent to a good quality vitamin that I would have been taking anyways. 2. I noticed that after I ran out of this supplement that my skin, hair and nails weren't so healthy looking. My scars from acne also healed slower and I my skin was more acne prone without this supplement. My skin got better when I started using this again. If you already take a daily vitamin and have acne prone skin then consider this supplement. I think the effectiveness depends on the individual and how you use it. Read other reviews online before you buy if the price is discouraging. I would say that Beauty Expert offers a very competitive price compared to other online retailers I've tried. Their delivery and packaging service is also great.
So far so good!
Having spent much of the last decade on antibiotics to treat acne, I decided to give Murad's regime a go (basically, lots of fruit and veg, no starches, no sugar, plus supplements). I'm two weeks in now and already I can see a difference plus I've had no new outbreaks. So far I'm very impressed.
